Deletion without the mobile app
Sign in on this website, open Profile, and choose Delete account. You do not need to install the mobile app. You will confirm DELETE and your password, or recently sign in again if your account uses Google.
What is removed
Your account, child profiles, assignments, practice records, saved stories, videos’ app records, favorites, support reports and sessions are removed. Shared story links stop working and your media can no longer be accessed through ModelMate.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not cancel Apple or Google renewal charges. Cancel your subscription in the store settings before deletion if needed. Your app credit balance is removed; minimal pseudonymous purchase claims remain to prevent duplicate grants.
Storage limitation
Underlying uploaded and generated files may remain in storage because the current provider does not offer physical file deletion. An erasure queue records which files still need removal. We cannot promise a physical-erasure date yet. This is a blocker to final public-store readiness, not a completed erasure claim.
